Fix broken LED strip lights

Our garage lights are LEDs. I thought they were tube lights, but they are a strip of LEDs, so I cannot replace it myself. I cannot figure out how to take out the LEDs, or how to replace them.

Please help us either replace these lights to simple tube lights, so I can replace them myself in future, or, change the strip of LEDs so that it works again. Thanks!
