Replace kitchen downlights and outdoor lights

I need to replace kitchen down lights, front door sensor and sensor light, backyard sensor light.
I need replacement lightings as well.
For kitchen I'd like to something modern.
On kitchen two of the lights have faint lighting, replacing the bulbs didn't fix that issue. But the whole unit is old.
Back yard security lights are at a two story high, see the photos.
