Punctual and work completed to standard. Unfortunately took poetic license in terms of what needed to be done. Could have been resolved with a quick call. Not a positive experience. Requested a breakdown of the invoice but was refused and met with threatening and abrasive responses. Finally got the information after 22 email exchange.
