LED Light Replacement

I want to replace all my downlights with integrated LED equivalents. Our house has 19 downlights, with all but 3 being a 90mm cutout with the traditional R80 type 100w globes - the remainder being ex. halogen size. Six lights are on 2 separate dimmers and I would like to retain the dimmability of these. So, the job is - (1) advise on the right LED lights and dimmers to use, including if the lights should be a 1:1 replacement, or whether in some rooms additional downlights should be installed to provide enough lighting, (2) performing the installation.
