Replace 2 x entry door outside lights

I have 2 old fashioned door lights outside my front and back doors, they both don't work and I would like to replace them with more modern and safe outdoor light fixtures. Please see photo attached for current lighting fixtures. I don't need anything fancy as a replacement eg sensors or anything like that, I just would like a modern and safe light at each door. Thanks!
