Service/Repair/Refit Commercial Lights

1) A fitting has been poorly installed in one of our bathrooms. It's currently sitting on a cable holding up the drop ceiling. Any movement makes it cut in and out. It has been bent to shape so bulb can't safely be put in. 2) A few lights aren't working even with new bulbs. either the ballasts or connections are shot (pictures of the fitting type attached). Total of 6 bulbs need work. Bulbs will be provided. Business hours are --- . Please provide an approximate cost on contact. Qualified electricians only.
