* Replace 1 x dinning area ceiling light with hanging light. see current-dinning-light.jpg and example-dinning-light.jpg * replace 2 x old-style recessed ceilings lights in living room with modern recessed fittings and led light. see image current-receeding-lights.jpg * replace 1 x Bathroom light with built in fan. see current-bathroom-light-1.jpg Replace with something like this link. --- --- Note: the current fan is not working, but the light does work. * Fix 1 x non-working outlet in kitchen. 1 port works, but not the other. see image kitchen-broken-outlet.jpg

Very happy with the job done. Everything is as requested. James is very easy to communicate with and was understanding of what I wanted. He didn't try to hard sell me anything that I didn't ask for. I will definitely look to use him again.
