Light bulb blown and I can't work out how to replace it
Job description
The bulb in the picture has blown and I can't for the life of me work out how to access the bulb to change it. I figured the spherical piece would unscrew giving access to the bulb but when I twist it it doesn't go anywhere (it turns but doesn't unscrew). Also the light fitting itself is not hanging very securely from the ceiling. I've got new tenants moving in on Friday morning so if there was someone out there who could help me replace the bulb Thursday either before 11am or after 5:30pm or Friday before 9:30am then that would be amazing.
