Upgrade to LED lighting

I have a combination of LED lights and Holgens. Some of the LEDs need replacing and I want to replace all.
24 replacements - include for a GPO outlet on the lighting circuit and a soft wired LED.
There is a good access ladder into attic space (attic space is not boarded giving access to cabling.
