Internal Downlights

We have several downlights in our house that don't work even when we change the bulbs. We recently changed the downlights in our kitchen to LED lights and they don't work either, it seems there may be a wiring issue. In the kitchen it also seems that 3 of the 4 lights are connected in series and then the last one only on single. Would like these all checked please? Would also be interested in some outdoor plug points and a new outdoor light quote too.
