Installing some hanging lights in my office

I would like an electrician to source and install some light fittings so that I can have some softer lighting in my office. Ideally these can be wired to a switch, either existing or additional. A dimmer would be good to explore. I have two light switches and three recessed existing LED can lights. At the moment it is bright white light - which is good for some things, but mostly I am using lamps to create a nicer working environment for my music studio. I would like to have hanging lights with warmer bulbs and the option of brighter switch lights if need be.
There is roof cavity access via a ladder in the adjoining room. I have the light shades already just need the fittings, ceiling rose and cable that will fit them.

There may be a few other lighting jobs around the house if I can afford it - replacing the roof cavity light, and a kitchen bench hanging light.
