Change a lightbulb

It seems a bit over the top to hire an electrician to change a lightbulb, but that's what we need! We do not have the safety equipment to work in the stairwell, and as you can see from the photos, the light fitting is out of reach and above the stairs. Do you have the expertise to do this? I think we would prefer a light bulb that lasts the distance - like LED?? Please help. Thank you

Miguel and his team changed a lightbulb for us! But it was in a very challenging spot... Unreachable for those of us without the tools or skills. We are very grateful to him for putting in a brighter, longer-lasting bulb. I have used About Electrical before, and I will use them again.
