OCD started off well and completed the hard landscaping in a timely manner and I was pleased with the work. However, the concrete pad was prepped but OCD left for over 2 months and despite numerous phone calls and excuses, this was not completed. I emailed Josh and cancelled this job and he took his time to get back to me. I have ended up getting another company to finish off the concrete pad which was done in three days!
