Retaining wall 400mm high on Average

I need to complete a retaining wall along my property. All you have to do is easy work. Soil is already cut to appropriate levels and holes for posts are already done at 1m distance. It’s 15 m long and 200mm high on one end and 500mm high on the other end. It’s on a flat section that has easy access to work around the wall.
