Asphalt driveway

I would like to reseal a driveway at an investment property. It is about 33metres long and 4metres wide. It services 20+ units and there is a heavy rubbish collection truck using it on a weekly basis, so it needs to be pretty tough, more so than a standard house driveway anyway. Also would like some advice on whether storm water drainage would be necessary on the driveway.
