Need a concrete interlocking block retaining wall rebuilt

Hi I have a concrete interlocking block retaining wall that has slumped when a mains water pipe burst washing out the soil below it. It is slowing continuing to move and gather at some stage it will fall over. Its a curved wall under 1.5 m, ~5 m in length and does provide me with flat land and is over looking the neighbours property.
