Large planter to build and small garden to tidy up

I would like to build a large planter approximately 4m x 1m next to my house ( first two photos). Possibly some concrete needs to be removed. Another job would possibly be to tidy up a small triangle garden bed approximately 3mx3mx2m, removing all or most of the plants snd building a low border.
