Paving/Tiling and Fence
Job description
Two areas needing work. Area 1. -35sqm outdoor dining area. - requires some excavation, boxing, cement slab, and then tiling or paving. - 12.6m of 1.8m high fencing surrounding the area - no gates. - see photos of the area - I have laid bamboo on the ground approximately where the fence will go (1m from boundary fence). - I have already removed existing exposed aggregate slab and pavers from the area. - the fence will be 1.8m high, with posts exposed, horiziontal palings using dressed timber. See pic of our front fence for the style I am after. Posts to be enclosed by the cement slab. - see plan I have drawn with measurements. Area 2: - 7.3sqm exposed aggregate path to replace existing tiles. - "L" shape to join existing path. - see pic for area. Section is flat with good access. We are beside a road and have a gate in the front fence, so vehicle access to within a few metres of the area needing work. We'd like this done as soon as possible.

Thank you Hamish & team for your excellent work constructing a great outdoor living space for our home. I had several people around to quote for the job, and Hamish was a clear standout - he carefully took on board the detail we were after, and ensured the end result was exactly what we had envisioned. Any small issues were quickly resolved and his communication is excellent. I'd happily use Hamish again and can highly recommend him.
