Flattening a section in the yard

I need a section of my yard to be flattened. Higher ground needs to be cut into by around 800mm and the earth can be dumbed to the lower part of the yard, No need to be removed from the site. A small digger can do this relatively easy I believe. Roughly around 6mx4m of an area, enough for me to put a trampoline for the kids.
