Preparing and hydroseeding back garden (also would consider ready lawn)

We have a small area at the back of the property that we want to be grassed. The area needs some surface preparation (tilling and leveling, possibly some extra soil?) and then hydroseeding. Note we'd also consider ready lawn if that would be another alternative. The main area is approx 10 m x 2m, and there are a couple of other sections approx 1 m x 2 m (total job probably around 25 square metres?). See the photo attached.
