Garden Overhaul
Job description
We've got a set of plans/designs for our garden already drawn up, and need a quote to get the hard landscaping done. The front garden and side access path (147 m2) needs: * fencing (and a gate) * concrete paving with 20 steps * relay concrete driveway * clean up and re-plaster front wall * gravel & paving for the path to the garage * we need some ideas for the garage roof too. The back garden (138 m2) needs: * some site clearance * fencing * remove existing brick patio and relay with concrete, including steps up to lawn * retaining walls * some suggestions on ways to improve drainage at the back of the house (a novacoil drain and sump are currently in place). We've uploaded several photos with extra notes and copies of the plans which should give a better idea of the work involved. If you need higher res images, let us know.

Dan has gone to tremendous effort with our quote. He was very prompt with our first price, which was based on our dream list. Since then has worked very hard providing us with options to bring the quote within our budget. He has been thorough and has contacted the council on our behalf over some issues. Every step of the way he has kept us informed. We are very much looking forward to the project and feel we are in good hands. Our project is now finished and we love it. Dan and his crew are absolute delights to deal with. We found Dan through Builderscrack and straight away were impressed with his quote. Dan had obviously spent a lot of time on the quote; it was very detailed and gave us lots of options which would could mix and match to our budget. Once the work started, the team was very considerate regarding noise and mess. Dan and the team are great communicators and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We very highly recommend them.
