Townhouse landscaping -Island Bay

Hi there, we have subdivided our section and are building 2 townhouses on it. We need the following done: Retaining wall with fence on top on boundary line (approx 20m) Decking (as much as I can get!) Grassing of 2 large terraces that have been stripped back when the site was prepped/cleared. The scaffolding will be down at the end of the month (Oct 2020) which is when landscaping could commence. Ideally this work would start (and finish!) this year. Looking forward to hearing from you!
