build 2 retainning walls with drainage

Hi there， My garage has a flooding problem when raining because the soil outside of my garage is too high and too close to the wall. I need someone to remove the soil and build 2 retaining walls beside the rear and one side of my garage with drainage beween garage walls and retaining walls to let the rain run away.
