Landscaping of back garden

We have a broken set of steps (currently made out of railway sleepers) that needs to be re-built and also we want two big wooden seating benches coming off the steps. There are existing concrete retaining steps there already and we would like slatted wood to be added. There would be two big benches. The benches are about 3m wide and the steps about 1.5m wide. There is also a planter (made out of railway sleepers) that needs to be patched up. There is also a very scrubby lawn that probably needs levelling and some new roll out grass added.
