Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)

We are wanting to step two retaining walls at 1.5 m each to gain more flat living space at ground level and tidy up the area. There will be a bit of soil that needs to be removed and access isn’t great. Might be a wheelbarrow job to take soil away due to access. Currently have an old concrete retaining wall and steps that would need to be removed.
