Landscaping, levelling and paving

Approx. 50m2 area - currently sloped garden (approx 1m drop from top to bottom), with planting, pebbles, loose paving stones (and lots of weeds). I have badly drawn the area we want sorting out in the picture below - it is the area between the lawn and the boundary of our property. We want the area clearing, and levelling to create as large a flat paved space as possible. This will require some minor retaining work (maybe raised beds) and maybe paving on two levels. We would appreciate a bit of advice on getting the levels right and quotes for the job. We are also considering whether to blockpave (or asphalt) an adjoining drive area (30m2) the drive is shown in the picture below.
