Prep backyard for paving. #2

Project involves 3 parts: 1. Prepping level ground with appropriate drainage slope to drain for paving. Current concrete to be laid over. Attention to levels and appropriate drainage. Light retaining wall 1m x 7m to hold dirt and leaves off paving. Total area of yard approx 40sq m. 2. Rebuild 1.5m retaining wall on west side of yard. 3. Dig a drainage trench around back of house. (Drainage coil to adjacent storm-water, pea-metal to finish). Removal of concrete required. Note: #3 can be quoted for as separate job/left out of quote for yard paving, if contractor wishes. Job location is typical Wellington hill-side property with stairway access. No drive-on.
