Retaining Wall / Landscaping

We need a small retaining wall build at the front of our property - approximately 6m long and 1-1.2m high. There the front garden has a gentle slop towards the street (easy access and parking). We would like the space behind the retaining wall to be back-filled with soil to create a flat garden area. The space is approximately 6m x 8m. Currently, the space contains roots from two tree stumps and prolific Agapanthus plants which we would like removed also.
