Aviary/Chicken coop

We need an enclosure/aviary for our chooks. (timber or aluminium) About 4m x 3m with a door to get into and a roof. Ideally I'd like half of it to be sheltered from the elements. With two perches for them to roost on. The area we want it is a flat corner of our garden and we can clear away some of the trees and bush in the corner. The photo attached is the corner of the yard we want it in. Currently the chooks are in that small timber run but it's far too small for them. They need something bigger.
