Lawn drainage & instant lawn install

I have a small lawn (approx 3 x 5 metres). I have tried growing grass 3 times (including instant lawn) and failed! I am in desperate need of help. I think that the issue is that the area does not drain, so I am looking for drainage to be installed (maybe 2 x 4 metre shingle drain or piping). There is a garden that I think the drainage could go into. Once the drainage is done, I am keen for some instant lawn to be laid (with any prep required). Query whether Porina also needs to be dealt with. The only catch us that I need this done before the 2nd week of January (ideally before Christmas).
