Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)

We need to build a new retaining wall where an old crib wall has partially collapsed and the ground is subsiding through the erosion. The height above ground is about 70cm, but the land below the retaining wall is sloping. A fence sits on top of the retaining wall and this will need to be fixed, and then lawn flattened and re-sown.
