Build a retaining wall for a garden area

We need someone to build a retaining wall along our fence line, that we can later fill with topsoil to create a garden. Looking for a standard timber wall, using standard posts and 200mm sleepers. The wall would be approx 8600mm long and would run from 200mm high at one end to about 500mm high at the other end (you can just make out the string line in the photos). Looking for a quote for full job if possible: order and bring on materials (can currently be hoisted across our back fence), labour to dig back to ground level with wall, dig post holes, build wall, remove rubbish etc. Cheers
