Replacing/building retaining wall

Hi, We need a retaining wall replaced and extended around the corner where the bank is unsupported. Around the corner the wall will taper down to the ground. We need it built to code with the proper drainage. The max high of the wall is about 1100 and the length (including tapering) is about 8000. We are happy to do the demolition and some preparation ourselves.
