Create/extend Outdoor Area

Retaining of west-facing sloped section at the rear of our house which is currently unusable to create flat area for articifical lawn as per landscape architects concept. Concept plan calls for: -12m of 1.5 metre timber retaining wall with handrail - 6m of 1.0 metre timber retaining wall with sleeper bench seating at .5m high - 6m of .5m timber retaining wall with sleeper bench Plan also calls for stepped down extension to existing deck, and a feature 5 step spiral staircase with rope handrail from existing concrete path to new retained flat area which I'll list separately - but ideally all could be combined in the one job for the person or company with the right expertise. We are seeking to get the work costed and ideally would like to be completed before Christmas.
