Retaining wall needed

We have a bank behind our house that needs some attention- with some slips, rocks and land sliding down a bit, a retaining wall is in order! Also could do with some steps built in a bit further up for better access. It's a narrow area between the house and the bank - about a 1½ metres wide, and about 11 metres long that needs retaining.
