Garden maintenance - regular

We have our own property and two rentals (both old villas) that require ongoing garden maintenance. We've happily done our own gardening for years but a sudden change in the hubby's health 10 months ago has meant a drastic change to our lifestyles. Still years out from retirement we have had to make some tough decisions - like getting our gardening done by others. Tenants always promise to keep up with the gardens but never do. With most of our time spent back and forth from doctors and hospitals lately all the gardens at our properties have got a bit out of hand. Priority for these is weeding, pruning of plants, trees and shrubs, clearing of leaves and removing garden waste and possibly some planting and landscaping. My husband is still capable of mowing lawns so these will not fall into the scope of this arrangement. Basically we need someone who is reliable, honest and reasonably priced to provide gardening services. The properties are located in the central city (small inner city garden), Johnsonville (fully landscaped gardens/garden boxes) and Grenada Village (large gardens fully planted)
