New garden landscaping

New build house, and we want to put in some hedges for privacy as well as create a garden and screen around a large water tank. Total 800sqm section Happy to do the work in stages - priority being the edging as we want to start work on putting a new lawn in. 1. Garden bed cut into lawn with brick or stone edging across front and side of house. Tall Hedge planted to provide privacy - haven’t measured it but maybe 30m in total. 2. Larger garden cut into back lawn with same edging as out the front. Build a wooden screen and add additional planting to block out large water tank. 3. Permanent barked area for trampoline. As future projects we also have gardens to put in down the other side of the house and native bush to be planted in front of a storm water creek, but these projects will probably have to wait a few months depending on budget.
