Retaining with fence / planter boxes

Hello! We are extending our garden and would like this retained with a fence on top and planter boxes. We would like it tied in with the existing fences which is rough sawn timber painted black. The existing fence will be removed before construction. We have uploaded some photos and a rough concept. We would love to hear from you.
