Deck extension/pergola construction/concreting back yard
Job description
1) Extension of front yard deck by 1m. Total area extended 4sqm. 2)build 1st pergola 12sqm over deck. Privacy screens on sides. 3) Concrete back yard and side of house 15sqm total area. 4) Build 2nd pergola 10sqm over concrete. Measurements close as I can get them.

Terrible experience! Mitch scott lacked integrity and competence. Throughout the job he tried to cut costs and produce less than what was quoted. He blatantly lied about several things including building code, availability of materials, and what the scope of the job was although everything was agreed to in writing. I now have employ someone else to correct the issues including reworking both pergolas due to major issues with the build. Will take legal action if costs overrun.
