Regrade rear lawn

The lawn at the rear of our house needs to be regraded to gently slope away from the house. The crawl space by it has water leaking through and our hope is this reduces that. The mulch on top of the grass seen in the photo is due to a us having a stump ground a few weeks ago so that we can regrade the area. The area is 3.5m wide and 7m long. It is not urgent but ideally we can get it down to sow lawn before the peak of winter. We recently moved in and have some other landscaping we will be looking to do so are keen to find someone to work on those too! Thanks 😊 Phil
