Replace retaining wall

1. The current retaining wall made of half rounds has lost its shape and wood is rotting. the wall is approximately 11 metres long and ranges in height from 70 cm to 90 cm. I would like a horizontal plank wall. 2. I would also like a wall to contain a garden bed - 340 cm long , 40 cm high, again made of horizontal planks 3. I have a section of path that has been moved out of place with previous excavations. The piece is intact and needs to be pt back into place
