New deck area

We have an existing deck that needs to be removed and replaced with a larger deck area that is child safe with some railing and gates. We are looking for a design and an estimate of costs initially. There are natives planted that may need to be moved to accommodate the larger deck area, or the area will need to accommodate the plants. Ideally would like a design by the end of September and build completed by the end of November. Option of some additional garden landscaping of a steep slope also (dependent on costs).
