Repair 2x retaining walls

1. Pebble Garden wall Post footing has failed -- needs reposting. Dig out behind wall, break concrete & replace post. Wall is 3.6m wide, 1.0m down to 0.4m high (0.8m at post). Dig back perhaps 90cm. Replace with half-round 2.4m H4 post, embedded 1.2 m and concrete. Probably add an additional post. Re-nail horizontal timbers. Return soil. If possible prefer to set aside & restore stone chips, weed mat and small shrubs. 2. Low palm wall Timber joints are not on post -- needs positive connection with bolts and plates. Dig out behind wall. Wall is 0.75m high, affected section 2.1m wide. Dig back perhaps 65 cm. Replace one post & install one new post. Return soil. If possible prefer to set aside & restore small rose bushes and pebbles. Access via side of house (no driveway) so digging most likely by hand. Prefer a fair quality job, not after the lowest price.
