Planting 5 x 14L pot camelia trees (currently approx. 2.5H)

Would like 5 trees planted in either ground or existing plot to make a screen from neighbours (gardener destroyed current hedge which was 30cm above top of fence) and cut completely back. In existing plot, there is a lot of composted ground from garden clippings and there is a tree growing which has been cut back hard. Would like camelias planted here. Not sure of what root system (pic of worst area but not all like this) this tree has in the existing garden plot. Ideally camellias would be planted behind and around this.
