Lanscaping - Grass, Top Soil, Leveling Help Needed

We have a new build on a new section in Ravenswood, have moved in but have not had any landscaping done. I have no idea how to level land and/or apply top soil in order to grow grass for our new house. We need help with leveling, top soil, perhaps seeds too. The surface is uneven with patches of grass everywhere. The section is 450sqm with the house being 152sqm. We only require grass to around 60% of the site as we plan to box/use stones or bark down the side of house and between the pavers leading up to the front door. Timeframe is anytime from now
