Lay Gravel Pathway (around entrance & deck)

Looking to lay a gravel pathway around entrance and deck. This includes a 5m x 2.5m boxed area off the deck to house a vegepod and outdoor table area. The project also requires making two lots of steps off the deck and one out the back door. Note that only the pathway on the right-hand side entrance requires pavers. I have tasked and measured the entire project but having used the cost estimator am unsure if I have adequate funds to undertake the project in its entirety. If possible I am looking for two ballpark figures: - the highlighted tasks - the entire project. Any suggestions to reduce costs so I can do more on the task list, would be appreciated. Materials would be pavers, gravel and wood (boxing and steps) as per photo Sample Pathway. The main reasons for the project: to improve visual appeal and to reduce mowing area whilst retaining low maintenance. The section is 672m2, house 182m2. The section is a little uneven in places. My Garden map, Photos and Task List should all align with the appropriate number. For example, area 1 on map, photo 1 and task no 1. We have a black lab (Knight) who can be gated off if you’re not a fan of dogs. I work from home mostly but do need to go into the office occasionally. Flexible with dates preferably as soon as possible.
