Retaining Outdoor Area

I would like to put my above ground pool in the ground, I have researched this and it is possible to dig out, retain, put up the pool, create a deck around it. I attach a link to the youtube video showing how it can be done, this is what I am wanting except not the railing. The dirt dug out does not need to be carted away but can be put elsewhere on my land. ---
