Gravel to grass

Graveled area in driveway to be dug out and removed, top soil and put down and grass seed spread. The area is approx 1.4m x 9m. It's filled with gravel and soil to about 5 cm deep with weed mat underneath. We want the gravel and weed mat dug up and taken away. Then top soil put down to fill the area and grass seed spread on top . Probably kikuyu as we are in Arataki and so we need something very hardy to last the summer. The area is flat and access is direct off the street so very easy to bring in tools, trailer, etc.
