Retaining wall repair and installation. Wooden steps on driveway repair/replace.

Tourist vehicle scraped up wooden steps / terraces on driveway and bumped retaining wall a few times resulting in a few loose boards/nails. Looking for a quote for insurance claim on damage to repair/replace wood that's been damaged and assessment if more work needs to be done.
