Project Overview Installation of a timber monkey bar frame on a sloped section. We have already purchased the metal bars; we require the contractor to supply all timber/hardware, manage site prep, and complete the build.

1. Dimensions & Layout
• Frame Height: 2000mm (above ground).
• Frame Length: Approx. 3000mm.
• Bar Configuration:
o Top Section: 8 bars spaced at ~400mm intervals.
o Side Sections: 2 bars on each side to act as steps (set at 400mm and 800mm heights).

2. Materials & Construction
• Provided: Metal monkey bars (Ref: --- ).
• Contractor to Supply: H5 treated laminated timber (glulam or similar), concrete, and all necessary heavy-duty fixings.
• Installation: Posts must be concreted into the ground for structural stability.

3. Site Conditions
• Terrain: Steep section with a drop off the back of the driveway. Due to the slope, final assembly will likely need to occur on site.
• Ground Conditions: Soil is hand-diggable but contains a stony surface layer.

4. Deliverables
• Supply of all timber and concrete.
• Dig out post holes.
• Full assembly and safety-check of the frame.
• Site clean-up.
